How do I export my chat for analysis?

Open your messaging app, go to the chat you want to analyze, tap the menu or settings icon, and select "Export chat" (without media). Then upload the exported .txt or .zip file in CoupleAI.

Is my chat data safe?

Yes. Your chat data is processed securely and raw files are not retained after analysis. We use encryption for all data transfers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find CoupleAI, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

How do I recover my account on a new device?

When you first use CoupleAI, you receive a recovery code. Enter this code on your new device to restore your account and analysis history. You can find your recovery code in Settings within the app.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Send an email to support@curiosive.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and we will process your request within 30 days.
