By downloading, installing, or using CoupleAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

CoupleAI is a mobile application that analyzes exported chat conversations using artificial intelligence to provide relationship insights, communication patterns, and fun statistics. The app is for entertainment and informational purposes only.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 17 years old to use CoupleAI.
  • You must have consent from all participants in a conversation before uploading chat data for analysis.
  • You are responsible for all content you upload to the service.
  • You agree not to misuse the service or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

CoupleAI offers subscription plans to access analysis features. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

5. AI-Generated Content

Relationship insights and analysis results are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. CoupleAI does not provide professional relationship counseling, therapy, or medical advice. Results should not be used as a substitute for professional guidance.

6. Intellectual Property

The CoupleAI app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Curiosive and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

CoupleAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate analysis results, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CoupleAI at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
